If a lawsuit has been filed, or is about to be filed, whether at the County or District Court levels, MMI can help you address the issues involved in that litigation to try and resolve it prior to trial and/or filing. Many, many lawsuits reach resolution outside the courtroom, and MMI will work with you to address those issues and attempt to reach an out-of-court settlement that satisfies all of the Parties to the case. |
