Kyle W. Timmons has been a mediator and arbitrator for over 15 years, joining ODR as an independent contractor in December 2001. He has mediated over 1,500 private and contract cases covering divorce, parental responsibility (custody), child support, EEO, and civil cases. With a former career as a professional actuary, his expertise with numbers has proven to be especially effective when mediating complex financial issues. President of his own conflict resolution firm, Timmons additionally serves as a contract mediator for the EEOC, the USPS Redress Program, and the Better Business Bureau. Timmons holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Actuarial Science and a Special Studies Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Denver. He is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution, a member of the Metro Denver Interdisciplinary Committee (MDIC), former treasurer of the Colorado Council of Mediators and Mediation Organizations (CCMO), and holds the designation of Professional Mediator from CCMO.
